The Solar Safe Automative Window Lamination Films are made up 4 basic layers. These basic layers are : i.   Outer layer : Hard coating to provide super scratch resistant surface. ii.  Basic Film : This is the base film that provides the glazing system and basic strength of the entire window film. iii.  Adhesive : Super high quality adhesive coating for application to the glass window. iv. Backer : A very thin film as backer - to be peeled off to expose the adhesive layer for application. The Solar Safe Automative Window Lamination Films are manufactured using the proven Sputtered Technolody in which millions of irons are “fired” on the film in order to prevent demetalization for the life of the film.
